Line-up Cards - Use with every game

Below is the Line-Up card that we will be implementing again this year to help get Pointstreak a little more accurate. The Coach will be required to cross-off any player not participating in a particular game, put date, check Home or Away, sign it and then provide it to the Scorekeeper. The Scorekeeper will then update the roster for that game in Pointstreak before the game begins.

Suggestion, modify the card for your team. Include 100% of the roster as well as Coaches and their CEP#. That way, it becomes a routine for the Coach to cross-off players and sign. The enclosed is good for 2 games. Generate the Master for your team and then keep copies in the same folder that you bring to games and also put some in the car’s glove compartment.

Attention Mite Dvision

Blue pucks must be used in all NTXHL Mite league games this season per USA Hockey.  MOHA has stated they will not officiate games that do not use the regulation "Blue" pucks in the Mite division.

Coaches Conduct

NTXHL Coaches:

I have had multiple reports of coaches behaving extremely poorly in recent weeks.  The league does not care how your team plays or how many calls the officials may miss you are expected to act properly.  You are a mentor to the young men and women on your team and angry outbursts and foul language will not be tolerated by the league.  The NTXHL Disciplinary Committee will invoke the USA rule for Supplemental Discipline against any coach who can not control his/her emotions.  The suspensions under this rule will be in addition to any suspensions received for any incidents penalized during games.

Rule Change for Goalie Equipment in 2009-10
The attached document covers the rule change for goalie equipment effective for the 2009-10 season. Appendix V provides specific dimensions for  approved goalie equipment .

Please forward this to all of your teams, goalies, parents and coaches.  Please note that the correct dimensions are outlined on the last 2 pages of the attached document and the drawings actually indicate the old dimensions that were allowed.  This information is from USA Hockey and it will be enforced this season so please make sure your goalies are notified.
